Michelle greeted us when we arrived and we explained that we had read about the computer mattress "selector" and she took us through the programme and then showed us the various types of mattress that the programme had identified. Her explanation of the various differences was very clear and she was obviously well versed in all the products on offer.

Jordan in the Stirling shop was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jordan helps us understand the difference between beds and mattresses, we used the sleep aid machine… all this support and help made it easier to buy our new bed, mattress and accessories.

From the moment on entering the store, I was acknowledged and asked if I wanted help I explained my needs and the store assistant (store manager Karen) listened and showed me round products in store that matched my criteria. I had said I had seen a product online that I was interested in: immediately Karen knew which product I described, informed me that it was not currently in the store, and therefore showed me to similar products. I was then tested for a mattress after being asked my sleeping preferences. I was able to try a number of matches to match my criteria. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Karen asked for my name, adding a personal touch to the service, and it felt like I was talking to a friend. I was made to feel very comfortable in the store. Karen offered myself and my parents a bottle of water whilst I was trying mattresses. Karen had a great product knowledge which helped me to decide on my bed frame and mattress. I explained I did not know when I would need the bed delivered for (I was moving in to a new flat) and Karen said that the order could be placed an a delivery date settled at a later time.

Julia in the dream store in Stirling was amazing! We were looking at the tv bed and Julia was very helpful and got the right mattress for us I had no idea there was so many to choose from, but Julia spent a lot of time with us and explained so much also we are getting our new house this year and was not sure if dreams would hold our bed for us however I was so wrong, I will definitely be returning to dreams in the further. Thank you so much Julia you really gave us the best service and we really appreciate it. X
