The staff were really friendly and as it was a hot day they also asked if we would like some water as well which was comforting

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Such a warm and friendly welcome, extremely attentive (offered tea etc), showed us various mattresses (we tried them all out with some amazing pillows that we ended up buying two of), extremely knowledgable and made our experience a great one!

For what I was looking for the sales girl offered me 3 choices which I tried twice each and made a quick decision. I did not have to wait and she knew her products. Since the product I chose had a big discount I was even more satisfied.
