The employee, Michelle, in the Stirling store was extremely helpful in helping us find the mattress we needed. We have just moved into a new flat and the current mattress we have is giving us an awful nights sleep. Michelle listened to our needs, our price range and what we like in a mattress and was able to find me and my girlfriend the perfect mattress. We left the shop extremely satisfied with the purchase and the service which we received from Michelle. She was extremely friendly and talked us through the best deals. Because of this we also got 4 pillows for £20 which was a great deal. We will definitely be back here for any further purchases we would need to make with our bed. Cannot fault the experience at all.

The assistant (Julia) spent some time explaining the different types of mattress and gave me time to try them out before making my final choice . She was very patient , encouraging me to try them until I was sure I had chosen the best one for my needs
