Julia was very knowledgeable and keen to help. Asked appropriate questions to ascertain what products to show us. Gave us plenty of time to make decisions.

Made very welcome and nothing was a bother in trying different mattresses

We found what we were looking for and the assistance from the staff was exemplary. They listened to us and product matched by taking us through all the available products at varying price points, there was no hard sell and we were given plenty of space to come to our own decision. There was a wide range of products available and we were given plenty of information on each.

Very welcoming and friendly service right from the start. We had to buy beds for the whole family and we we upfront with saying how fussy we were. Julia was extremely patient, helpful and informative. It was a hot day and Julia offered all of us water and allowed myself and young children the time to try mattresses until we were satisfied. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into taking the ones that were recommended but Julia did well in giving us the best information for us to make the right choice. Julia also showed what other specials we were entitled to and helped us chose the best mattress covers and plans. Julia and her colleagues were super friendly. We are glad we chose this particular store.

Michelle served me in the Stirling store. She was very helpful. She helped me pick the perfect bed amd offered bottled water on a very warm day which was nice and cold to drink

Everything went smoothly, from the minute we walked into shop till we left. Michelle who looked after us was very helpful and knowledgeable.
