The overall experience was excellent, the staff were very keen to help and knowledgeable on the products that they sell. I would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone in the future.

Excellent service from Julia the assistant - great selection of products and good value for money. Did not feel rushed to make a decision - all round great experience.

The store manager helped us, she was really nice and took the time to understand what we needed, she was honest over our budget and i appreciated this. the store was clean and very safe in terms of covid which was excellet, we expected to go to a few stores before buying but she was so helpful and knowledgable (and not at all pushy) that we bought from you, the first store we visited.

Very good customer service. Karen was friendly, polite and attentive. She answered all our questions and allowed us time to browse the store and beds before approaching us. We were not made to feel pressurised in any way. We feel the bed base we bought was competitively priced and we’re given a good date for delivery! The store was clean and inviting. It was later on in the day and we were offered a drink of water which was welcomed. You must feel proud to have Karen as an employee as we were very pleased with her customer care and approach.

The sales assistant in stirling store was so helpful. Seemed genuinely happy to help us find the correct mattress and was not pushy in any way. Great way to do business.

The sales girl was ever so helpful spent plenty time with my wife and I to make sure we were buying the right mattress for our needs she, must, have shown us 8 mattress, s before we picked the one we wanted it's great to, go into, a store knowing that your custom is, valued so well done, dreams

The assistant was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and offered advice as necessary. She made me aware of costs and also of an offer of discount that existed.

My partner and I were in the Stirling Dreams store on Sunday and we were welcomed with a lovely pleasant smile and greeting from Julia. We were looking for a single mattress and Julia found the perfect one for my Mums Birthday. Julia is an absolute asset to Dreams, she is everything you want in a sales consultant. She was warm, highly experienced and knowledgeable in all products and just so so nice.

They treated us very kindly, they offered us fresh water, and we interacted very well with the person who attended us, we explained what we were looking for, and we got it quickly, the person who attended us was Julia.

Good social distancing. Staff wore masks. Was offered a bottle of water as it was a hot day. Staff had good knowledge and were helpful
