The staff were exceptional, very helpful and attentive and gave me excellent information on which to base my decision. A very good experience overall, particularly in these difficult circumstances of coronavirus.

The service was impeccable. Karen was very professional and knowledgeable of the products. She made the experience of buying a bed lots of fun. She was very nice.

Member of staff assisted us with our purchase, she provided advise then left us time to browse before returning to see if we needed further assistance. She help us make a decision and was able to advise of delivery options & also the recycling of the old bed which I had not known was possible had has saved me having to arrange for it being taken to land fill which doesn’t sit well with me.

The gentleman in the store was excellent. Took time to understand what we wanted and then provided good advice. Very helpful and gave me confidence.

Michelle the advisor came forward as soon as I entered the store and asked if she could help. I gave her details of what I was looking for and she showed me some options. She gave me time to look around the various beds they had and I picked one. I was very impressed with her knowledge and she went through the procedure of getting the bed delivered and gave me full price of the various extras I had requested. Gave me date for delivery. I will definitely use Dreams again.
