this was my first time in a Dreams store, I found the experience very enjoyable and comforting. the staff very attentive, knowledgeable which was very comforting would recommend your store to anyone.

We had our two year old toddler with us when we came in matress shopping. The salesanager was very kind in playing peek a boo and hide go seek while we trialed out to see which matress would best suit. Great customer service!

The customer service was excellent Karen was extremely helpful and very pleasant in spite of being the only member if staff working that day.

The assistant who looked after us was very efficient and helpful. She explained everything to us and kept to the rules regarding social distancing, sanitising and also offered us bottled water. We were very pleased with the way she made us feel safe and also how she looked after us.

I was at the Stirling Dreams store and Michele couldn’t have been more helpful. I went on the diagnostic machine and she took the time to explain each of the results and show me what products these were and gave me lots of information about these products. I had gone in after seeing a bed online but through talking with Michele and seeing the different styles in store I came out with a different bed all together which I’m very happy with.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. They assisted us by listening to what we required, showed us the full range of suitable products & once we made a choice answered all our questions fully

The assistant Julia Stirling branch was so friendly and let me try different mattresses We were so impressed I only went to buy a mattress but bought bed and mattress My daughter also bought a bed and mattress And the staff that were there on Sunday 16th Stirling branch were all so nice

Jordan who served me was most helpful and did not rush me into making my decisions.
