I have placed two orders at Dreams, one in store (Jordan) and one 0ver the phone (Michelle). On both occasions I have received excellent, helpful, knowledgeable assistance from both assistants. The store visit was excellent with everything well laid out and very clean and tidy. Jordan was very helpful and patient, excellent knowledge of products. The phone order, Michelle could not have been more helpful and went to great lengths to find a product that was suitable for me, again excellent. Well done Dreams, wonderful customer service, from both in store and over the telephone. Couldn't ask for better.
