Michele greeted us promptly and with a very friendly but professional manner. We were offered to try the Dreams technology to assist in finding the best mattress for us. Michele made sure covid guidelines were adhered to at all times. We were shown and encouraged to try various mattress’,not just the most expensive, I had no idea there was so much involved but micheles knowledge was extensive but not confusing. We purchased a divan and headboard as well. Ordering and payment was smooth and seamless.

Loved the computer mattress finder (can’t remember the name of it). Jordan was very attentive and helpful on our first visit then when we came back over 4 weeks later he remembered us straight away and what we had been looking at without looking at any notes, very impressive!! He gave honest advice without trying to sell the most expensive items, very impressed with the service we received from him. Thank you Jordan.

Very happy with the service from the "dreams team ". Urgently needed to replace my mattress whilst undergoing hospital treatment. Found it impossible to organise delivery before 6-8 weeks which was really stressful. Called your customer service team and discussed with Michelle . She spent time and patience discussing and suggesting the products with the specifications I requested- and organised delivery in 4 DAYS.! Thankyou Michelle, and I will certainly use and recommend Dreams to all .

Did not feel pressured into buying anything like other stores I have visited. Sales rep was very friendly and listened to my needs and helped me and did make me feel like she was just after a sale. Would definitely shop there again.
