Did not feel pressured into buying anything like other stores I have visited. Sales rep was very friendly and listened to my needs and helped me and did make me feel like she was just after a sale. Would definitely shop there again.

The store staff were friendly, took their time with us to understand what type of mattress would best suit us, and did not apply any pressure. We felt at ease to take our time and make a decision. The range of mattresses, both in different manufacturers, construction types, and price, was very good without being crazy. There were some good offers available; in the end we bought a full-price mattress as we instantly felt right on it. But we did receive a free pack of pillows, which was welcome, and a good deal on the care scheme and mattress protector.
