We were looking for a very specific product and Michelle went out of her way to get us what we wanted. We were also looking for a mattress cover and could have gone wrong had it not been for Michelle and her colleague. Overall delighted with the service, which is why we went to Dreams in the first place. Disappointed to have to wait for delivery as we have a a family visit at an earlier date, the regularity of which the bed has been chosen to facilitate. However, that’s just a small issue. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Karen and the team in store helped me buy two beds for my first home. Michele who served me was excellent, taking the time to show me round the available options, and explaining the different technologies and combinations available. The expertise of the team was second to none. When the bed I selected was not available within a delivery timescale that worked for me, the whole team rallied together to find an alternative that could be delivered within the schedule required. The extra services like comfort guarantee and extended warranty were explained well, and the offers provided on pillows and bed protectors sealed the deal. Thank you Dreams, Stirling!
