We were served by Karen in the Stirling store. She built great rapport with us both and was very friendly and made the experience of picking our new bed a lot more enjoyable than we imagined it would be. We were a little indecisive at times but we never felt rushed and Karen was happy to let us take the time to make sure we made the right decision. We couldn’t recommend Karen highly enough and have already told friends and family about our experience.
