The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Karen. It was lovely to be in a shop where you were not pressured to buy goods and the staff were so accomodating. Nothing was too much bother. I definately would recommend Dreams and their customer service is second to none.

The shop assistants were very attentive to our needs and offered us bottled water during our visit. We used the sleepmatch system which the shop assistant explained thoroughly. It was overall an excellent experience

Could see Covid guidelines before entering the shop, we had space to walk around before engaging with a member of staff who was friendly, polite and helpful. Understood my requirements and once we had decided it was an easy process to order. Would definitely be back when purchasing in the future.

I knew what I wanted and the Stirling shop manager helped me narrow down the mattresses by sharing her experience and knowledge. I ended up buying 2 mattresses and a mattress protector. The manager was patient friendly and understanding of our needs. I thought it was good value for money and I felt safe during my shopping experience.
