Wonderful staff. So helpful and knowledgeable

Visited the Stirling store to have a look at our options, was greeted by Jordan who took time to understand our needs and spent time helping us decide what would be best for us, returned to complete the sale after going away to decide and service was great when completing the order, store manager Karen was also very welcoming and helped us during our next visit

Jordan greeted us on entering the store and asked if he could help. When we told him what we were looking for he should us what our options were and we were able to choose the right bed for us. Very helpful and friendly colleague a great asset to the team.

Overall experience was welcoming and proactive. Julia, the sales representative was very knowledge, patient and thoughtful. The extra measures for health and safety, like covering the pillows for laying down on the bed was appreciated. Julia took time to get to know our needs in a mattress and recommended a few types based on this. Most of the beds are presented well with a good open layout in store. Appeared to be clean and free from clutter or mess

When entering the store I was met by a friendly member os staff (Jordan), it did help that I knew what I was looking for, having previously bought from dreams. All completed within 15 mins.

The assistant took care of us from entering the store to placing our order. We had visited other retailers but felt we received the best service and information from your assistant. He took the time to get to know exactly what we wanted and helped us to feel confident in placing our order.

We felt very well looked after and safe during our trip to the store. The staff member was very friendly and helped with our specific queries. We were very happy with our experience.
