As soon as we entered the shop, Michele approached us to ask if we needed help in a very friendly manner. She asked us if we wanted to go on the sleep match machine in which we did. Because we were disabled she helped in every way possible worked out the best way to get to each mattress in the shortest possible way. She also had every bit of information that we asked to hand. The whole process was easy as could be.
