The store followed social distancing and hygiene measures very well which was reassuring during this time. The member of staff who helped me, Julia, was extremely professional and very friendly and helpful. I was given time to think about my purchase and was not pressured into a sale which I appreciated.

Jordan (instore assistant) was excellent, listened, was highly informed regarding the items in store and a great help when choosing the mattress. He did not rush me and allowed ample time for me to try out various mattresses and told me the contents of each item. Could not have been any more helpful, despite me having changed my mind on the mattress I ordered originally. I also spoke to a guy at customer service (I think his name was Adeen (or something similar) regarding my decision to cancel my original order and re-order another mattress.He also was very helpful and issued a refund from my original order without question, polite, helpful and efficient. It seems all Dreams staff, whether in store or on the phone (customer service) could not be bettered - I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams. Well done.
