We were approached by an assistant (Jordan) upon entering the store but did not feel pounced on. We had a rough idea of what we did not want (a hybrid or memory foam mattress) and the assistant asked us relevant further questions. The suggested Sleepmatch system seemed helpful and we were able to narrow down our options to about 4 mattresses. Jordan gave us information on all the individual mattresses we tried. He also highlighted the process and extra costs should we change our minds based on comfort and also the service plan. We felt that everything was made clear with no hidden extras. Overall it was the ideal balance between getting enough information without a pushy salesperson. Sometimes it is a relief just to buy in a shop rather than getting lost online with reviews and too many options.
