We didn’t know anything about this before arriving in store so that was an interesting experience and did help with the choices selected based on that so time spent in store wasn’t longer than it needed to be

We had a specific need and the options were explained to us without any sales pressure at any time. This did not mean that we were not informed and encouraged to consider options, but that our needs were understood and satisfied swiftly and with excellent manner. Julia is an impressive young lady who represented the company superbly and - even though there were masks between us (!) her personality and knowledge came through in abundance. We have not been in the market for many years and I doubt if any other store could match the ambiance or presentation of Dreams: a most impressive company and there is no question: anything to do with beds, mattresses or accessories in future - Dreams will be our first port of call. Even better if Julia is still there!
