The staff were warm, friendly and professional. They could see I was hot and gave me a bottle of lovely cold water. Both staff interacted well and really listened to my needs.

We had the assistants attention throughout our visit to the Stirling branch. She really took the time to understand our needs and she was extremely personable. She seemed to care about getting it right for us, she understood our budget and our requirements and now the bed has been delivered it is proof of this. The area manager was also in the store and he was also attentive. Neither were pushy. Important to you as a company the assistant upsold - she sold us a protector and insurance. She did also offer us discounted duvets etc but we declined. We were going to go to your competitor up the road to have a look but the experience we received in the Stirling store took away the competition and we didnt even visit. Due to the professional and personable nature of the staff in this store we felt satisfied that if we had any problems your customer service would be exemplory also. All credit to your staff. We were very happy with the service received. Thank you so much. On a side note all the covid measures in place made us feel safe and where adhered to. The chilled bottled water was a lovely touch.
