From the moment we entered Dreans we were made welcome. sanitation stations were pointed out to us and we were reassured that health and safety measures were in place to protect both customer and staff. We were offered fresh water and asked to request this at any point during our visit should be require it. Seating was also made available should it be needed. We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome, no pressure, no bothering us, just very useful, helpful, polite, friendly and knowledge assistance.

We were then shown a number of products but left to discuss ourselves, no one was pushy in the slightest but there if we had any questions. We were asked if we wanted to try the sleep study and felt we were perfectly matched to our new mattress. Julia was so helpful and very knowledgeable on the products. We were very happy with our purchase and the only slight disappointment was we will have to wait 6 weeks for our lovely new bed, under the circumstances completely understandable but that was the only thing I could fault.
