The woman that welcomed me and my two young boys to the store was very friendly, easy to talk to and came to help straight away. She found out what I was looking for and got straight to it. I used the sleep match machine which was brilliant. She spoke to my boys cheerfully and made us feel extremely at ease and welcome. I was very happy with the woman who dealt with my purchase and with the friendliness of the other two team members how also chatted to me and my boys. I originally wanted a mattress that I saw on the website but it wasn't it store, but the woman should me a mattress that had all the same specs and I tried it and loved it. She checked when the mattress could be delivered and it would arrive 2 weeks sooner than the online one, so this combined with how lovely the staff member was I decided to go with the in store mattress. She also told me about the mattress cover plan and free mattress protector, which I also bought. The covid 19 safety was very good as well, felt totally relaxed and safe in the store. Overall couldn't speak more highly of the Stirling team, just fantastic service.

I knew what I was going in for having viewed it online before hand but the sales assistant (Julia) talked me through all the available options and showed me how to work the bed all while maintaining a respectable social distance. She also explained the benefits of taking out the bed cover on the bed I have purchased.

We were very satisfied with the service we received on entering the store. The member of staff that met us at the door was very friendly (Julia) asked what we were looking for and was very helpful. We were only looking for a new mattress as we already have a good bedframe. She showed us all the mattresses that were suitable after we'd been on computerised bed programme. This was a fantastic idea as my wife had broken her back the year before and we really needed a mattress that was suitable for a spinal injury.
