We were very satisfied with the service we received on entering the store. The member of staff that met us at the door was very friendly (Julia) asked what we were looking for and was very helpful. We were only looking for a new mattress as we already have a good bedframe. She showed us all the mattresses that were suitable after we'd been on computerised bed programme. This was a fantastic idea as my wife had broken her back the year before and we really needed a mattress that was suitable for a spinal injury.

On arrival we were made welcome with friendly staff...we were listened to well...never felt rushed or made to purchase items we didn't want...felt safe with current virus guidelines...shop was bright and had a lovely atmosphere...the two female staff were both efficient and very knowledgeable.. was a lovely shopping experience and we feel confident we have bought an amazing mattress...

Karen at the Stirling store was helpful, friendly and catered to two very different people, my husband with no aches and pains and myself who has everything sore, let us take our time choosing our mattress, left us in private to discuss. And put up with our dithering! Well presented store very friendly but not hassling you as soon as you walk in. Let you look first.
