The girl that assisted me was very friendly and helpful and I did comment on this when I was in the store. Her customer service and product knowledge was excellent. If only I could get that standard of service wherever I shopped!

Julia, the young colleague who talked me through the process was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She appeared genuinely anxious for me to have the best product for my needs and offered no pressure to choose any product over another. The whole business of spending over £1000 was actually quite enjoyable! She is a credit to your store. Thank you.

Staff were very friendly and answered our questions well. They were very welcoming and helped us with our purchase.

The staff were very polite and were full of information.they were keen on helping us to find the right mattress we needed as well as the bed I wanted. They offered us a cup of tea which was very nice. We also were shown. The machine than measured the kind of mattress was beneficial to me.

Minimum fuss and time to make purchase

The assistant called Mark was really helpful and knew his stuff. We had visited three other places and Dreams in Stirling was by far the best.

Lorraine from another store put us on a machine to let us know what firmness and support would be best for us. She was lovely and no pressure.

Lorraine, Livingston Store, was extremely helpful. We were making an expensive purchase, £4k plus, and Lorraine afforded us an appropriate amount of time. Lorraine also gave us space to talk through our thoughts. Of course Lorraine was keen we complete but was never pushy nor attempted to upsell. The whole experience was personable, professional and commendable.
