Product range and knowledge of sales staff

The gentleman whom serviced us was very nice, good knowledge of the products and was very helpful in our experience in the Stirling store we had a good chat as he was putting our order through, his name was Jordan,

Julia greeted us on entering the store and immediately asked us our needs. She was professional in appearance, friendly and attentive. We were placed on the new Dreams sleep analysis machine which was excellent and provided us a range of different mattresses within different budget, different materials/structures in the firmness we required.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store in Stirling by a man named Jordan, he was very friendly and helped us choosing the perfect mattress. We were offered tea and coffee by a female colleague of Jordan who was also very polite and friendly. Jordan was very informative about every aspect of our purchase and had very good knowledge about every question we had. Our overall experience was very good and we will definitely come back when we need a new mattress.

Was buying a mattress for my daughter - visited the store the day before without daughter and came back the following day where she was placed on the Pillow Talk Sleepmatch mattress - the staff were very attentive and approachable and advised us accordingly of our choices and prices.

Friendly informative and helpful service team

All our needs were met by the young sales assistant, she was happy and relaxed, never pressured us into buying anything, she left us alone to decide what we wanted .

Welcomed on arrival by Gareth and asked what he could help us with. Karen then offered us a tea or coffee which was a nice touch. Great product knowledge which eventually led to a sale, even though we were not sure if we were going to purchase that day. The Sleep Match facility was great and really helped our decision making.

The assistant knew what he was talking about , my brother in law bought a mattress for us to use in his spare room .then I bought a pillow for myself . Very attentive , not at all pushy .
