The team took their time to explain the various products and how they worked and made sure we understood the various options and differences.

We felt that our questions were answered in depth, and we were offered enough support without being pushy. As it was a new store and new staff, existing experience staff were on hand to support them so there was good on the job training going on also. Very comfortable with the sales experience

Upon entering the shop the staff were chatty but not over bearing. Helpful. Jordan was quite new but got help filling in order and that guy explained it in a professional manner. We bought pillows and mattress toppers together with a sale mattress so were really happy. Delivery was quick and painless. Good recycling service too!

Went to bensons for beds and were highly disappointed. We then went to Dreams and got exactly what we wanted within our budget. Fantastic service with friendly staff and an immaculate store.

Store was just preparing for opening but staff were very pleasant and helpful and assisted us with our purchase anyway.

Ideally would have product delivered slightly quicker but only because in a rush for delivery.

Don't understand where this question has arisen. I was quite satisfied with your assistant, "Jordan". The store was quiet on the day of my visit & I was the only shopper looking for a matteress. I was well satisfied. Thanks. John Mcarthur
