OK service was OK/ good enough but did feel a bit duped. Disposal of bed items was quoted one price but when it was discovered that price didn't include all pieces of bed price shot up! Would have walked out if when I pointed this out to the sales person. They listened and managed to keep the price the same so were flexible in that respect. Because of Covid-19 problem with getting certain colour bed delivered within specified time - no problem though.
