Friendly service from Michelle from phone call to in store. She understood my needs and helped me select the right product. Only down side was my product was not in store to physically see but was shown it on the tv screen

We were looking for a new mattress. Michelle approached and asked if she could help and suggested using the bed simulator that indicates the type of mattress that would suit. She talked us through the programme and when it was completed suggested what type of mattress would suit. We then were guided through the different types of mattresses and tried out several to see what would suit us best, also the price we wanted to pay was taken into consideration.
