The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products we bought and very efficient and pleasant

Karen the store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She asked us what we were looking for and after our turn on the special moving mattress took us round all the suggestions. Karen did not pressure us and was able to answer all our questions. We left the shop with the mattress we had come for and it is getting delivered within 10 days which is perfect.

We had a friendly welcome as soon as we walked in, we were shown the Sleep Machine and how it worked etc which helped narrow down our choice of mattress. Jordan was very patient and explained all the different types of mattresses to us. Such a lovely member of staff !

I was told about the system Dreams has whereby it measures your pressure points etc and suggests the mattresses that would be best for you. My wife and I went to the Stirling store and were met by Karen who explained everything to us in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. Having done the test she took us to all the beds that the computer had suggested and explained in great detail the workings and benefits of each mattress. We tested each one and after a long time decided to purchase. Karen was very patient and extremely helpful and pleasant.
