Karen in you’re Stirling store was very helpful and excellent when she was serving me , I was very happy with the service I received.

The woman that served me was so welcoming and polite. I originally wanted a mattress that was not in store and she showed one similar. There was no pressure to buy anything and she made sure I was happy and comfortable at all times. Would 100% recommend dreams and would buy from the same woman also again.

We felt safe and well cared for during our visit. I had been very concerned about Covid but I felt that Dreams and the staff were doing all they could to keep us as safe as possible. We had the full attention of staff and they understood our needs and helped us get the right bed for us. Patient and friendly staff, lovely, and happy shopping experience.
