The massage therapist was knowledgeable about the technique and listened to what I shared about pressure and areas of focus. The manager resolve an issue related to a different location by listening and offering resolution. It helped ease my anxiety about the poor experience at the other location and set me up for a good session. I appreciated their professionalism.

My appointment was a last minute one and there were no problems booking. The massage therapist was attentive when I described the problem I was having and he suggested adding a sports massage in addition to the hot stone. It was a very good suggestion and I have seen some improvements since my massage.
