Taylor provided a perfect experience. She’s excellent at her job, providing appropriate upswell options and has a great personality. I will definitely ask for her next time.

The whole place was clean and tidy. Great overall feel and ambience. The massage therapist was fantastic as well. This was my first ever massage and he made me feel very comfortable and was extremely skilled.

I had a great experience last night at Hand and Stone NW Hwy in Dallas. My aesthetician, Taylor, was so friendly/knowledgeable/skilled and my skin looked and felt great after the service. She had great product knowledge and took the time to recommend products for after care and write down what I should add into my next facial service. The young woman who checked me in and out at the front desk was SO friendly and helpful, she took the time to explain the points program which I was unaware about. Such a great experience, i can't wait to come back for my next service! My only feedback would be on the website, booking process could be easier and the add-ons could be more clearly described. Thank you!

Great Place & Staff

Jeff was great & the staff in the lobby we’re also friendly and lovely. I haven’t had a bad experience here, I’ve had multiple massage therapists and so far all have been wonderful.

I thought the massage therapist was extremely skilled and did a fabulous job. She allowed me the opportunity to just relax while she made the experience very therapeutic and relaxing. I also thought she was very considerate in trying to work out a shoulder issue I was having that particular day.

From booking the appointment to the massage to signing up for a membership it was one of the best experiences.

Great care, offered water, relaxing, not any noise, restful, peaceful, loved the soothing music, the relaxation received, greeted me as waked in, and made me feel welcome. Thank you and will return.
