Sam was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to help relieve the knots on my back and neck, and gave me tips to ease the tightness on my back and neck, also Ana Claire at the front desk was very welcoming and very nice.

My therapist, Sam, does a great job listening to what I would like to get from the massage session. He also provides good suggestions for stretching certain areas that are tight.

Customer service was awesome. The ambient was relaxing. The tech did a great job and paid close attention to my lower back pain.

Everything was great. I joined the membership program, and I look forward to coming back. I'll also likely try a facial in the future.

I am very grateful that Hand & Stone has continued their dedication to protecting patrons and employees from COVID by continuing to abide by CDC recommended standards. I felt very safe going into and during my appointment. My therapist and the other employees were kind and informative. I will definitely go back soon.
