I am pleased with the cleanliness of the place and the friendly reception I received on my first time. Although I would prefer the ambience in the massage room to be more relaxing by providing less light.

Had a wonderful anniversary massage. Sam was very professional and gave the perfect massage. He listened to my problem areas and properly! My husband loved his as well. And the front receptionist was very polite. Definitely will go back!

My massage therapist was great at creating a customized massage to fit my needs. I've had a few appointments with her now and they have all been wonderful and left me feeling relaxed.

It was good, and great, and it was an appropriate massage that I enjoyed that it happened, yes.

Sam listened to my area concerns and focused on this area. He took the time to make sure he did focus on the upper back and took the time to care

Jennifer was my tech and she's AMAZING!!!! I kept her after my first facial with her. Her knowledge about her work is AMAZING as well. She also did my son's facial, it was his first time and he loved it. One thing I did ask was why the Techs don't spend time at the end of the facial massaging their client's face. Jennifer did show my face extra care when I asked her but later explained theTechs have to stick to the routine of service they are taught. I even asked the manager this same question. I just feel that a facial should include a little massage after being picked & poked on.

I like the locations and the therapists. Very nice on all aspects.

Hand & Stone took precautions in volatile times to ensure safety of clients (even though its the clients choice to be there). The Esthetician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy like others I have had elsewhere.

Everything was great during my first experience there. Except there was no relaxing music but the therapist said that was in the works and it should be fixed soon.
