Front desk staff and massage therapist were all very welcoming and helpful. My massage therapist listened to my preferences and needs and adjusted the massage accordingly. Scheduling and checkin process is simple and I appreciate all the steps the location took with respect to cleanliness and covid prevention.

Everything was great and everyone was nice!

The staff was so friendly My esthetician was very sweet, very good and very knowledgeable. The spa was very clean and inviting.

Loved my aesthetician, she was friendly and chatty but not intrusive. Extremely skillful facial massage, great technique. Great job on extractions. I will request Jennifer again.

I was pleasant and quick. My therapist spent a little time getting to know me prior to beginning the massage. I loved that the therapist was a woman of faith.

The sevice was exactly how i wanted and needed it. Lorena did a fantastic job i wish i could of tipped more. The new location os hard to find but very clean and new.

Upon arrival the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered me a water immediately. Answered all questions I had. Upon meeting Renee my massage therapist she was very friendly and knowledgeable. All areas of the reception and massage area were very clean and very well maintained. I was very satisfied with how Renee took care of me and my massage needs.

My Massage therapist was fabulous! Super knowledgeable!!! I will definitely go back to see her. The receptionists had a little issue looking up my account info. but we’re quick to solve the issue. Overall it was a great experience I will be returning to that location!!

Therapists were outside waiting on the arrival of someone to unlock the front door. I had a 9am appt. Therapists were rushing to get everything ready, thru no fault of their own. Receptionist was late upon arrival. I was already sitting in the lobby & therapists were trying to prep their rooms when receptionist arrived. Room wasn't warm like it normally is. Therapist kept the fan on during massage. Didn't like this therapist as much as I like Eboni & Mia.
