I understand I was a few minutes late for my massage but my facial was about 30 minutes because they had an issue and that was not my fault. I should have still received my full time with my facial.

She didn’t wear a mask and spit got on my face. Also they continue to add in charges that I did not request for. Like an additional $30 hoping I won’t notice

The size of the water cups. The area of the Dallas location. The amount of the watermelon sweetener that is out into the water.

They did not tell me that my monthly credits I had saved up were going to be used to pay for the upgrades service I got until I left. They told me “it was covered” but never told me by what or how. I wouldn’t have been down for spending my credits AND points on this upgraded service that didn’t show me noticeable results. I was very annoyed at this entire situation and the lack of communication

The masseur was one of the kindest and most gracious massage specialists I’ve ever met. The massage felt fast as he just used jerky movements.

My massage wasn't a full hour. We started late and my session still ended a 3pm even though my massage was scheduled for 2pm and we didn't start till 2:10 ish.

During the appointment I was made to feel like my skin had many issues. At the end I was not sure if it was too much upselling or my skin really has that many issues.

The massage was good, just not OUTSTANDING.

I had a 90 minute massage but was only booked for 60. They added Himalayan salt to the massage to make up for it, but I would have rather had the extra 30 minutes

Eboni was incredible!! Experience was great aside from the noise from outside the room
