I do not like to talk during a massage. Therapist realized that after she tried. The question should have been ask prior to start. No problem

I like this location, everyone is so friendly. The massage therapist I had at my last visit didn’t really fit my needs - unsure I’ll use that person again. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable. Also, my massage started a bit late and ended at 10min to the hour. Don’t feel I got my full 50-55min

Recently my Esty went home sick so my appointment was cancelled. Unfortunately it was before my birthday and bachelorette party and I could not be fit in another time before this. Not many solutions were offered.

Check in person was very all over the place, didn’t seem a good fit for hand and stone. One person wanted to check out but she took so long he left, I was about to do the same. She repeated questions even though they had just been answered

I really enjoyed my experience, but sometimes the products make my skin irritated. I also wish the details of what was being used on my face was shared with me, so I knew what was being done next. Overall, my experience was very good.

I enjoyed my massage but consultation was included in my 50 minutes which cuts down actual relaxation time. I’d recommend they mention early arrival so I can have my full 50 min massage.

My therapist was very sick during my visit. He was short of breath, sweating & coughing a moist cough constantly. I appreciated him wearing a mask, but I ended up getting sick after my appointment.

I only visit the NW Hwy location when there is a problem at the Arboretum location. Countless times my appointment has been cancelled and there is no solution available except being offered to come in on Tuesday or a $15 credit towards an enhancement. The receptionists are not trained, or the owners do not feel it necessary to find a real solution. If they looked, they would see that I never come in during the week because I travel for work. If I want an enhancement, I'll pay for it. What I need is to have my scheduled appointment kept. Id the scheduled therapist is not available, offer a substitute. My last appointment I called to confirm as I had not received text confirmation. Had I not called, I would have shown up for my appt only to learn that my therapist no longer worked there and that I actually had not appt. Again - no solution so I ended up at NW Hwy location. I have liked all of my therapists - absolutely no issue with the therapists or the receptionists, except they've not been trained in customer service. Not their fault.

I was highly satisfied. There must be a misunderstanding. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t realize the massage would focus on my back and shoulder area with no arms but maybe I didn’t know that the stones precluded that. I’m very satisfied overall
