originally was booked for an hour and half massage but therapist wasn't there so had to get hour with another therapist

I honestly feel like you should get 60mins instead of 50 that bothers me for whatever reason.

I feel like the pressure I need changes from the shoulders to the lower back and I hate to keep telling the therapist different things because they may get confused. Also, why do I have to keep filling out the same form every time I come in?

It really wasn't a huge issue but I was trying to use my points but for some reason it wasn't allowing the receptionist to load it. But she did call a supervisor and was about fix the issue.

Needed more deep tissue pressure points. Paying $10 extra for deep tissue does not seem right. Will schedule 90 minutes in future.

The value is good. Every time I find a provider they end up leaving. I am currently trying to use up gift cards purchased in 2021 before Kade left. I didn't have any luck with finding a therapist I liked until I found Jeff and his schedule is now aridic. I like Desire a lot for my fascial but overall once I use these I will be exploring a direct relationship with a massage therapist so I can have some continuity.

I rarely leave feeling excited about the appointment. I've been to other places and they hit all the right spots. They also charge cheaper for a level I'm satisfied with.

The massage therapist talked to much and just didn’t do a good job. The facial was amazing and I will definitely come back and visit Taylor.
