The music in the massage room was contemporary classical instead of a zen/yoga/relaxation music.

I think in order to be “highly satisfied” I would need a more relaxing ambiance and extra spa perks like a robe, eucalyptus smells, options for sauna, etc.

The booking was a bit of a struggle and when I called, the receptionist saif I wasn't able to book yet since I was on the site so called the next day which then she gave me 2 wrong Time options but there was contradiction so I asked questions which then she caught herself and retracted the times.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable however it would be recommended that they ask more about you work life and if you would like recommendations on lifestyle changes, being a physical therapist I am aware of my body and deficits and would have preferred a more relaxing massage than education.

no 120 min apts are allowed . using half of your credit for an upgrade or loose it is a huge rip off. Hot stones or massage oil shopuld not cost 30.00 . its oil and pebbles ! Massage oil should be included . My therapist Sam is great but the awful classical music that was being piped in was not relaxing . I asked him to silence it. regular spa music would be nice .

The massage therapist seemed a bit shy and massage was more generic than customized.

I am very dissapointed with the Hand & Stone in Murphy, Texas. That is the location I have been going to for a couple of years. All the good therapist have left.

I feel like the massage therapist was irritated or annoyed during my massage. From her deep sighs to not working on my problem area i pointed out at the beginning. When she wasn’t using the rocks it felt like i was being massaged by someone inexperienced and not a professional.

Visit seemed short and pressure wanted and needed was deep but received medium pressure. But overall not bad.
