Hand and Stone

The last therapist I had at the Hand and Stone at Lake Highlands talked too much and made me feel uncomfortable at times with things she was talking about. She did not come across as professional and she did not address the areas I had asked her to. I left the massage feeling more tense than when I arrived.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast and easy service.

After i returned home and looked in mirror, there were several hairs on my upper lip and chin that needed to be plucked out. Also, my eyebrows could have been a little cleaner.

I listed firm on my intake form, however it felt more moderate. It may because I've had many deep tissue massages. It was still great and relieved pain and pressure.

I have a high standard when it comes to giving the highest rating for any service. This was not the best massage I've ever had, but it was not bad. Since "highly satisfied" is your best rating, I could not select that rating based on the service I received.
