My Experience with Hand & Stone was Great, The receptionist was very kind and her Customer Service was Amazing , Also Tish performed one of the Best message I ever had done and her Customer Service was Amazing and she was very kind, I’m excited about being a New Member ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My only complaint is the high pressure sale tactics from the receptionist concerning the Black Friday deals. I go to Hand & Stone to be relaxed not pressured to purchase more services and/or products.

This was my first massage. Going in I was very anxious. However, I left very satisfied, relaxed, moisturized 🤣 and the experience of something that I am going to share. It was awesome!

I came and experiencing major back issues. Destiny’s technique, attention, and advice proved very helpful. However, she then went above and beyond the call of duty, even assisting me with putting my socks back on at the end of my appointment and referring me to a chiropractor for further evaluation. I sincerely appreciate all she did for me.

My service technician is highly trained and wonderful. However, I find the service and product descriptions to be confusing, they all sound very similar. I'm fortunate I have Mia to guide me.

I tried Destiny for the first time and she was very knowledgeable and skilled. She listened to my needs and met them.

Amanda was amazing. She took time at the beginning to find out what my needs were and addressed them during the facial. She recommended following up services to help with other things I didn't know could be done there.

Professional, courteous, answered all questions. The experience was a learning one for me, I had not had a facial in several years. I now know what to do and products I purchased will help me skin.
