Jenna is great, professional and knows what’s she’s doing.

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My masseuse Khia was great and asked alot of questions and listened to my answers. I purchased a membership and will definitely be returning!

The most important things that I look for are cleanliness of the facility, a welcome reception, the knowledge and skills of the esthetician.

Autumn, the receptionist was warm, friendly and professional. She assisted me with setting up my monthly visits with a smile. My therapist, Tramaine was excellent!!! Timely, professional and friendly. I have made several recommendations for this location and her services.

My experience here with Deb was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered the room. I am sad that I don't live near the Farmington Hills location and won't be able to see her as often, but I am so thankful to be a new Hand and Stone member! Looking forward to visiting the Plymouth location next month. :)
