The most important things that I look for are cleanliness of the facility, a welcome reception, the knowledge and skills of the esthetician.

Autumn, the receptionist was warm, friendly and professional. She assisted me with setting up my monthly visits with a smile. My therapist, Tramaine was excellent!!! Timely, professional and friendly. I have made several recommendations for this location and her services.

This is the first time I've had a facial, I didn't know what to expect. My experience was well worth it. I will go back again.

Dave was fantastic. Love the special touches he uses like the towels under my shoulders. Very professional and excellent strength of touch.

My experience here with Deb was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered the room. I am sad that I don't live near the Farmington Hills location and won't be able to see her as often, but I am so thankful to be a new Hand and Stone member! Looking forward to visiting the Plymouth location next month. :)

It was just what I needed to relax and help my tense muscles from daily work and stresses. The therapist listened to my needs. I left feeling so relaxed.
