When I stop in, everyone is always very kind and nice. When things have gone wrong with my appointment, they are always willing to give me upgrades.

Reception staff was very pleasant and helpful. Massage was amazing. The up-sale of the facial was actually good to spend another hour at the spa. I felt relaxed which was the goal.
