The professionalism of all of the staff. The attention given to my areas of concern. And the follow up. I would appreciate a small bottle of water versus a cup of water that they have to fix for you.

Hand and Stone is like a mini vacation I get to take once per month. The service and atmosphere are on par with what I experienced at resorts and better than the cruise lines. Cruise lines massage people always try to sell products after.

Davis is an amazing human being and massage therapist. It seems he really understands the sacredness of holding that space.
