Lilly was spot on the target area I came in to get worked on. She intuitively worked out the knots and solved my problem areas. I would HIGHLY recommend Lilly.

Everyone is very friendly, knows my name as I walk in, always offers water. Makala is a wonderful masseuse!

So the first time I went to HnS it was on a whim, but they really won me over with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff so I got a membership which I am extremely pleased with. I only have one observation/suggestion but it's completely situational and more like an suggestion for future. It was outside of the staffs control so there is no blame to anyone with this suggestion.

My therapist is amazing. She is great at focusing on specific areas of concern and tightness. The salon is well maintained. I feel comfortable with the environment.

Michelle was excellent. She applied enough pressure, was thorough, professional and experienced.

I was very satisfied with my experience but I was extremely sore after the massage. I will request less pressure at my next appointment.
