Farmington Hills Front Desk Ladies and Both Massage Therapist's were AMAZING. I scheduled the appointment over the phone with the Troy office and they told me the Famington Hills location is where my appointment will be. When we got there, I was told the wrong location and I should have been at the Rochester Hills location. The ladies at the front desk were amazing help. They rounded up two awesome massage therapist's and were able to get us in at that location at our 2:00 time. Massage Therapist, Benny was supposed to be on lunch and said he would take me in as an appointment right then and there instead of going on his lunch! Loved everyone there. Highly recommend. Keep up the great customer service!

The Receptionist was very friendly and comforting. The Massage Therapist took the time to ask questions and explain her process during the massage. The facility was very professional and make you feel at ease and relaxed.

The friendliness of receptionists and staff and the willingness to answer my questions. Michelle gave me one of the best, if not the best, massages I've had. The pressure and temperature was perffect. She offered upgrade and when I at first refused she did not pressure me. I changed my mind and upgraded and am so glad I did. The hot stone massage was wonderful.
