Very friendly and professional staff , very clean and serene atmosphere . The facial I had was awesome and relaxing .

The lobby area is very nice although the fountain was getting some of the chairs wet which I also sat in. I would much rather have a relaxation room to wait for my service in. The lobby was busy and noisy - with the phone ringing. It is a lot nicer when you have a separate area to wait for your service.

The therapist was very good at working on my shoulders which were very tight. The Himalayan salt stones were awesome. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My massage room/table was clean and comfortable The massage therapist was friendly and skilled.

The fragrance of the waiting area was beautiful. A clean fresh scent. I loved the water feature in the waiting area. The massage therapist was excellent and made sure I was comfortable regarding pressure, room lighting and temperature of the room. A great experience.

My massage therapist listened to my concerns regarding my massage and offered excellent options. It was the best massage I have had to date. I am confident I will make the time and money available again to revisit this spa. Thank you all!

Upon entering I was greeted by 2 very friendly receptionists. The receptionist explained my paperwork and offered assistance if needed. The location is lovely. My service was pleasant and it was just a very nice experience.
