Service was very customer service oriented. When giving me intake forms to fill out, they came and sat with me to go over, not just gave it to me and told me to fill out. They were also very open to me customizing my room and offered to provide any service needed.

My needs were addressed in a combination of techniques. The staff seemed to genuinely care, not as much of a "sales" environment.

The therapist, Tory, was excellent. She was very concerned about meeting my therapeutic needs.

It was an extremely clean and peaceful environment. Every person was very friendly. The salt stone massage was AMAZING

I was impressed with how friendly everyone was from beginning to end. I liked the look of the spa, although it could be a bit more updated with the lounge area being further back from the outdoor entrance. Also, some cucumber water and spa music along with more comfortable couches would enhance the experience

My massage therapist was great

The front desk staff was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The lady took the time to go over all the information with me and was so nice. The massage therapist, Elissa was amazing. She made sure to go over everything with me. The facility is very nice. Great location. I am looking forward to my next visit next month.

The reception area was a bit crowded with the product stands. The masseuse was effective. More pressure could have been applied. Her approach was a bit tentative. With my schedule I don't think I'll be getting a massage within the next 90 days although I'm not ruling it out. I will visit again.

The increase in prize is getting a bit too much
