I was impressed with how friendly everyone was from beginning to end. I liked the look of the spa, although it could be a bit more updated with the lounge area being further back from the outdoor entrance. Also, some cucumber water and spa music along with more comfortable couches would enhance the experience

My massage therapist was great

The front desk staff was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The lady took the time to go over all the information with me and was so nice. The massage therapist, Elissa was amazing. She made sure to go over everything with me. The facility is very nice. Great location. I am looking forward to my next visit next month.

My esthetician was fabulous and my skin felt incredible. I did not like the up selling of products and services. It’s not a good idea to up sell in the middle of a scheduled service and the additional costs are unclear until you check out.

I had no idea I was receiving an over $300.00 facial. Ridiculous! The front desk person had no idea how to check me out either.

The reception area was a bit crowded with the product stands. The masseuse was effective. More pressure could have been applied. Her approach was a bit tentative. With my schedule I don't think I'll be getting a massage within the next 90 days although I'm not ruling it out. I will visit again.

I apologize for the confusion of this survey. I am and have been very satisfied with my entire visits and the facility.

The increase in prize is getting a bit too much

I booked the appointment for my fiance to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I ordered a pro bright facial. My fiance didn’t know what kind of facial she was getting because this was a gift and a surprise. The facial she got was a basic one instead. I was charged for the basic one but that wasn’t what I ordered. I expected the person doing the facial to know what kind of facial was book. I also don’t like that the whole time you’re there they try to sell you more products. The point of coming to get a facial and massage is to relax, not work with a salesperson. I get they’re just doing their job but I feel like that should be talked about at the front desk and not during the appointment. Other than that the actual service was good.
