Hand and Stone

In general I love this location but was not a fan of Tremaine as my masseuse. She was rough on my skin and pulling my limbs after I had told her from the beginning I was here for a relaxing massage. Her touch appears to be more for an athletic type massage and not a relaxation one as her touch is more so geared to getting all kinks and knots out but I wanted more of a soothing massage experience. I would return but not to see her.

Informed of problem area prior to massage (lower left back/lower back) that area was barely addressed during massage. Mostly my upper back and shoulders areas were addressed

My active massage was from 10:07-10:50 am not the full 50 minutes I expected. Masseuse did not massage the front part of my legs as she said we were out of time but I still had 5 minutes left.

I felt a bit irritated that the massage couldn't have lasted more than 45 mins. Tops. I was called back after 11:05 and the massage ended around 11:50. Also, could hear the toilet flushing throughout my massage. not an ideal calming environment. I purchased my massage for a discount, which was a fair price. I was shocked and horrified to see what y'all charge for full price. not comparable to other area massage places where i get similar if not better massages.

I was very satisfied with my experience. I received a free upgrade for stones, and a gift card. I had a wonderful experience and I will be back!

I’m only in Michigan from May-Oct. very satisfied with the service but will not recommend because I won’t be here

I had a 2 hour appt . The facial was great, so I booked another appt. The massage was not great. I will try again but with another therapist.

She did not give a quality foot massage. She didn’t massage the bottom of my feet at all. Also the added scalp massage I paid more for didn’t add additional time , just took away from my body massage.

The massage was good. But it was a bit difficult to relax with the chattiness of the therapist.

During the massage the people in the other room was laughing and talking loudly. It was distracting and definitely not relaxing. The massage therapist had to take time away from my service to go knock on the door to ask them to please quiet down.
