I booked the appointment for my fiance to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I ordered a pro bright facial. My fiance didn’t know what kind of facial she was getting because this was a gift and a surprise. The facial she got was a basic one instead. I was charged for the basic one but that wasn’t what I ordered. I expected the person doing the facial to know what kind of facial was book. I also don’t like that the whole time you’re there they try to sell you more products. The point of coming to get a facial and massage is to relax, not work with a salesperson. I get they’re just doing their job but I feel like that should be talked about at the front desk and not during the appointment. Other than that the actual service was good.

I booked two back to back time slots with the same massage therapist to use my points. I didn’t see a way to book for longer than an hour, so I was creative and did it this way. We chatted about it at the counter when I came in. And settled on 1.5 hours so the therapist didn’t have to go 2 straight hours, which was fine w me. It would be wonderful to be able to book for longer on line. It would also be much appreciated if there was on or two rooms for couple massages! The therapists I have had have been pretty good. It seems booked out for the most part. If you can get more therapists in, I think that would be advantageous. Thank you!

Hello I am really satisfied with hand and stone but this my third visit so I did not try everything to give my opinion on them I just did facial with Amanda and she is great I love her she is so professional

As mentioned, the timing of the visit was akimbo - a late start and a late finish. My therapist was very attentive and knowledgeable, however, I found her overly chatty and disorganized. I believe I was upsold - and this being a visit based on a gift card, I ended up paying more than allotted for the service. Regarding the lobby - the receptionist audibly verbalized her job dissatisfaction and boredom. The lobby was not dirty, but the lights fluctuated in brightness.

Adjusting to change in staffing resource. I had become very comfortable with the previously assigned massage therapist.

Appointment time was late. No one informed me, I kept seeing other clients come in and went back

Face felt very soft but did not see much visible difference following treatment.

My therapist started 15 minutes late so I didn’t get the full massage time. The therapist was quite chatty about how good she was, and timely. She was not timely and i didn't appreciate the conversation.

In general I love this location but was not a fan of Tremaine as my masseuse. She was rough on my skin and pulling my limbs after I had told her from the beginning I was here for a relaxing massage. Her touch appears to be more for an athletic type massage and not a relaxation one as her touch is more so geared to getting all kinks and knots out but I wanted more of a soothing massage experience. I would return but not to see her.
