My massage therapist was very kind and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable. I just felt like I got more of a rub and not a massage. That may have been my fault. I felt very little pressure or attention to areas I noted as needing attention.

I was satisfied with everything. The experience was what I hoped for and was expecting. I was impressed by the facility. It was very nice.

The cross-selling started the moment I walked in the door and continued throughout my appointment. My appointment started a little late, the first 10 minutes was a brief conversation with the provider, and then I waited for her to come back. She was finished 47 minutes after my appointment began, so the one-hour appointment was only a little over a half hour of actually facial. Not great when the cost totaled $100. My biggest issue is the cross-selling that occurs. It's not relaxing at all. And it's consistent across each session I have here.

It was fine. Just not over the top.

Therapist did a good job but seemed annoyed if I tensed my body when I was uncomfortable or in a little pain. He would stop the massage, in place, and possibly stand still until I relaxed. Sometime he would say “relax” …. I wish therapist would have communicated a little more. My appointment was Saturday but my back has been sore Sunday and still Monday.

I was satisfied with my massage. Michelle does an excellent job in knowing exactly where the pressure points are. She goes above and beyond her job to make sure that you have a great experience.

The therapist was great and so were the services provided. I have personally just had slightly better experiences so compared to those I would say I was satisfied and not "highly satisfied". But I will absolutely be returning and getting more massages and facials.

I enjoyed the massage but wish there was less talking during the session.

Facial product paid extra for caused break on face that took more than 5 days to heal. Also CBD product too expensive for amount in the jar.

I really enjoyed the overall experience. My therapist was very knowledgeable and nice. I will be going for another session in the future.
